Is commission-based pay fair?

Is commission-based pay a fair way to compensate employees? Some argue that it provides an incentive for better performance, while others believe it puts too much pressure on employees.

I can't do a job that is based on commission. What about you?

I think there should be a minimum salary even when the employer hs promised to pay you commissions on the sales and revenue you bring to the business. Offering commission might help you bring more sales s employer always strive hard to earn more.
