I won't even advise him to go into trading of cryptocurrency with the money but if in case he decide to go into trading it he should rather use hundred dollars out of the money to trade, investing all the money in cryptocurrency trading might really be risky as there is a good chance of losing if you are not trading with accurate signal.
If I had $350, I would spend $200 to buy products from Aliexpress and then list the products on facebook and spend another $150 dollars to market the products. It is easy to sell on facebook

I don't like much of small scale offline businesses. If I have much funds I'll go for grocery store, shopping mall, car wash and restaurant, or big barbershop. For now I'm heading with buying domains, building websites, and investing in my favourite cryptocurrencies.
You can invest that amount into cryptocurrency like Shiba Inu. you can buy the cryptocurrency at present because the price is still cheap and you can buy a lot of units with the amount.
$350 is not really a large amount of money if you are going to consider the state of the economy. I would advise that you should invest in cryptocurrency and set it up yet for about 6 months and I think you will definitely be well.
