I hate Paypal. Paypal always restricts accounts of users and it never supports my country. Why should a person start with small transactions? This does not make any sense at all. When will this your comment, all I can say is that you don't know the magnitude of the destruction a PayPal can cause when they limit your account with huge fund. Please I beg you avoid using PayPal account to receive huge fund like $1000 upward, I speak from experience not just hearsay. There are other methods like payoneer which you can use. The thread misses one vital point. Do not check your paypal account from multiple devices and multiple IP address. Use the same device and same IP. If paypal sees change in location and device, your account can be limited.

Well, currently in Italy, Paypal does not work as a wallet for cryptocurrency exchange yet. But I know that probably, soon this can also be done in my country.
