How much longer will real estate appreciate in value?

In my opinion, the value of real estate has increased recently and quite quickly. Over the past year, I have seen profitability levels of 20%, and I don't think this can continue forever because, at these levels, no one in my country will be able to afford to buy even a one-room apartment in five years. When will this uncontrollably rapid growth stop?

Well, the problem is with not enough homes being built and also zoning. I don't really know what will cause this to stop. Maybe it will stop after things go down as you said.

Anyway, if Americans, for instance, want to complain about illegal immigrants, why not put them to work building homes, lowering inflation? It's a thought.

In out country, the real estate market is in recession. There are no buyers and there are only sellers. They sellers have lowered their prices but still there are no buyers. The entire real estate market is crumbling.
