When compared to purchasing real estate, is investing in real estate funds preferable?

Since these funds also yield a respectable profit, I believe that this is a challenging question that only those who have tried it can truly answer. Nevertheless, it is always worthwhile to consider all the advantages and disadvantages because I am unsure of what is more profitable.

Real state investment trusts are not available in my location, if there were such investment opportunities I would have certainly invested because you can invest with comparatively lower funds and it is also comparatively less risky
