I own a mini supermarket and I generate income through the sales that I make. this is the major reason why I take a customer relation as a very important aspect of my business so as to make the customer keep coming back.

It is a blog-style information website and because I do not sell anything, I rely on ad revenue. I intended on selling items through it but the traffic dropped off so much that it isn't worth the investment right now.
