Many who have already developed their business have 2 or more subordinates who do the work and earn for your business at a time when you can spend more time on yourself, so how important is a good relationship between your subordinates and how much they affect the profit

In many cases, the profits are divided on the basis of ratio of capital each person has invested. I do not think that friendship should have any impact on that. In fact, friendships are meant to make things better for all the parties in the business.

If what you are talking about is the profit that comes into the business, then it is important to understand that there are agreements that should be reached where each one know what they are getting at the end of every month.

Exactly. I think that business agreements are quite important. Whenever your business partners tend to engage in business, they must need to make sure that they form an agreement and they try their best to comply with the terms and conditions.

Whenever a business is started under partnership contract between friends, I don't think their friendship will have anything to do with how they share the profits of the business. Everything is going to be tabulated in their partnership contract on how the profits from the business is going to be shared.

Friendship among subordinates can positively impact business profits in several ways. A supportive and friendly work environment tends to boost morale and motivation, leading to increased productivity. When colleagues are friends, communication tends to be more open and collaborative, fostering better problem-solving and creativity. Additionally, a sense of camaraderie can reduce workplace stress and turnover, ultimately saving on recruitment and training costs.

When the staff members, irrespective of their level, are on friendly terms, it will ensure cooperation and a good working environment in the workplace. When there is a good work environment, your staff will be more creative and more productive.

Business is business, friendship is friendship. If we are to take the issue of friendship so vital when handling business issues, we both will crash at first and so will our business follow.

Relationship steps aside as afterthought when business code is activated. Everything should be treated strictly and formally else we both are going to no where. If any relative seems not to understand this rule, that means we can't cope in business but relationships alone.

I think it depends on the friendship. Some friends can be an bad influence, while others can be a great influence to you and your work. It's probably best not to hire friends unless they fit the job. Don't hire a friend just to help them out. Because they might expect to stay in the job if they break rules or act up. Might think they get special treatment.
