Going to put out your own AI chat bot?

Would you ever consider putting out your own AI Chat bot? Maybe you can make it to where people have to pay for it to use. I think it'd be cool to have my own AI chat bot. But, the issue now, is how many different AI chatbots there are now. It's as if everyone has their own bot now. Hell, most shopping sites and other sites have already made their own AI chatbot with the help of Chat GPT most likely.

Would you ever make your own AI chatbot? And if so, what would you do differently?

I have no coding skills, if I had coding skills, I would have certainly developed a chatbot. Well, there are a lot of tools that allow you to build chatbots without having to code but most of these have paid options and they have expensive pricing.
