With the greedy nature of human beings coupled with selfishness,is it right to let your employees in on your trade secrets or is there any cause to be worried about being sabotaged by employees especially when managing inventory is difficult example having a restaurant and you're not around to manage it
 
Bro, some matters remain private, you're as well showing then the source of your income or such close information. That's why they're employees, the only people that should be allowed are your board of directors or trustees when you want to
 
This depends on your conviction to show them or not but advisably it's something you will keep secret because some can even used it to destroyed you.
 
As an employer of labour, it's very important that you keep your secret to yourself about the growth of your business just because of the fact that human being are tend to change at anytime
 
Keeping secrets on how things were done is very peculiar with companies. Although, I totally agreed that there should be some level of confidentiality. You don't want your competitors to outsmart you. So, you need to keep secrets sometimes.
 
People cannot be fully trusted for sure. So it is best to have only a few people knowing your secrets on how you run your business. They should be trustworthy people who will not steal and sell your ideas.
 
You can't be letting your employees in on your trade secrets, why would you want to be struggling on wether they should be in on it or not in the first place? Is there a reason why you're having this conflict that is uncalled for?

Well I do not think that it is a great idea for you as a business owner to be letting your employees to know about your business trade secret as these are supposed to be secret for you alone and not to be shared with any employee.
 
If it's something that requires a joint effort to make the business work out, then you can decide to show them just a little and let them find ways themselves to make it work.
 
Definitely I don't think any business man would review all his business secrets to his employees because of being saboged, his secrets is the success.
 
That is why it is called secret, trade secret is meant to be kept from prying eyes. Your trade secret is what is keeping you in business do well to protect it.

I believe that employees should not know the trade secrets of the boss. Its because I have seen this that an employee who know the trade secrets will then separate from his boss and later on open their own business with the knowledge of the secrets from their boss.
 
The only reason why Coca Cola is still one if most favourite drink in the world is because few people can make a cola drink like them. If their trade secret is out there for the whole world they will be out of work by now. Your trade secret is what makes your product special.
 
Based on the nature of business, you might have to let an employee in on a trade secret but make sure you have tested and trusted such employee and do not reveal all the secrets especially ones he has no need of
 
Not at all.. It's nowhere near healthy to let your employee or staff know the secret to your business.. The result might be disastrous. The employee can use those secrets against and leave your business to start his and become a strong competitor
 
I don't think is good to let your employees know your secret of your income is not proper at all, because if your employees know your source of income them use it against you.

There are sometimes when you will regret letting your employee knows the secret to your your work and your success because most employee will just quit and start their own business using the secret they know from you ,
 
As a business owner the best thing to do is to keep your secret to yourself and give out to employee to know about. Even if your employees want to sabotage you they won't have the opportunity to do such
 
It is and practice and also out of place to be allowing your staffs or worker or employees into your trade secrets. You don't give up such intelligence to anyone just like that for giving sake. It is not done
 
Trade secrets are the type of secrets that should remain very private to every business owner. No matter how close you think your employees are to you, you should not let them in on anything regarding your trade secrets
