You’re right here. One has to investigate before he’ll be able to buy a land because a lot of people do sell lands that are not theirs and can make false document. My friend has been a victim of such scam and the case was taken to court eventually he lost because the person that sold the land to him was nowhere to be seen so he basically lost that money. He learnt his lesson and I also learnt from such experience.

over here in Nigeria there are a couple of cases in court where people bought land that has been sold already by the owner of the Land. It is always very important to make a very good investigation before purchasing any property and not only land.
