If you have been dealing with lots of customers in your business, you will definitely have experience with lots of customers who can be very stubborn. We had lots of issues with some stubborn customers who refused to wear their face mask during the time when COVID was hot. Did you ever experience such kind of customers? Do you walk them out when they refuse to use their mask at the time?

Since the pandemic is no longer a really major threat, I do not think that now many people would consider wearing masks. In fact, now I no longer see anyone wearing masks in here except in rare cases. Public places and businesses no longer require you to wear masks. However, during the pandemic, I have seen a few people who refused to wear masks.

You are very correct with that assessment because right now, the pandemic of corona virus is not even a pandemic anymore because it's something that have been taken care of with vaccination and other ways of treating it like a flu. But back then it was something that was very challenging and difficult to handle and people were very careful how they receive people in public places.

These days virus is not very active and the infection rate is low, and mortality rate is almosyt zero, therefore, very few people wear masks.

The different kinds of customers or clients with different kinds of attitudes and character but the thing is for any reaction there is always an action that triggers/triggered the reaction. The era or season or time, face masks was of high importance as pasted, its not that is not important but like I said, are of high importance for example during the era of convid-19 and some other flu not mentioned those were the times when face mask was of great importance and it was highly demanded in the market currently I feel like most people that use face masks use it due to personal need and not compulsion.
 
Most of customers can be stubborn and will always refuse to take instructions from the business owners. But if the rules are set and a customer refuse such rules then he should be refused entry into the business...

There were many businesses that never want to take this problem seriously, even during the time when pandemic was at its peak. The government had to intervene and this is why they had to implement strict rules. Otherwise, things would have gotten out of hands and the condition of pandemic would become worse.

People were generally afraid for their lives back then and if they come to any business that never took any kind precautions for combating COVID then, they usually desist from using their services. I declined associating with some businesses that failed to follow the COVID protocol then.
 
I can't say that I experienced any customers myself who refused to wear a face mask but for my business, with it being online a face mask was not needed.

I however did experience businesses in my town that has issues with customers coming into the store without a mask or having the mask around just their mouth and not over their face and mouth. Despite staff in the stores politely asking them to use a face mask they received abuse for it instead.

The one that I find very frustrating to deal with is when some of those customers will see the bold sign that says no face mask, no entry but they will enter the business premise to look for who will start giving them instructions on putting their face mask on.

I was that customer that didn't want to wear a nose mask during an encounter at the bank. I was in a haste and needed to complete a transaction, but it was not going as I planned since the bank security guys couldn't let me go in. I had to go back and buy a nose mask before I could be able to go in.

They dealt with you 😂.. I have seen some customers that can be very demanding and too difficult to deal with it. They know it's against the rules to bypass doing a certain thing but they will try to force it. The issue of the pandemic of coronavirus and face mask taught everyone a lesson.
 
If you're seeing the sign in my business entrance no face, no entry, you should respect yourself as a customer and put on your face mask or leave my business premises. If anyone proves stubborn, I will have my security escort them out. I won't put everyone else in my business at risk because of one customer.

Well, there are still some businesses that recognize wearing of face masks today in my country. Even though most people are no longer taking it seriously, we still have those who do. A lady I was in the same bus today with wore her mask all through the transit.

Pandemic is over and now no one wears mask. There are only a few people who are wearing masks and I do not think that this is due to the fact that the are scared of covid-19 virus. Many people wear mask in order to protect themselves from dusty weather.
 
If you're seeing the sign in my business entrance no face, no entry, you should respect yourself as a customer and put on your face mask or leave my business premises. If anyone proves stubborn, I will have my security escort them out. I won't put everyone else in my business at risk because of one customer.

The problem is that some customers can actually be very stubborn because they will clearly see those signs on display but they will still decide to take them for granted to know what the business management is going to do about it. There are some management that will find a way to side with the customers as long as they are buying from them but that's wrong.

I'm happier we are done with the wearing of face mask today because it makes me uncomfortable but I had to wear it when COVID was active. I don't want to be exposed and infected because I don't want to feel uncomfortable, it's why my customers must wear it without any excuse.
 
I think coronavirus is already under control in many countries and there is no need for a face mask. However, in my town some people still use masks and I also use masks when I go outdoors especially when I have to be in the crowd. I wear mask not because of corona but I want to protect myself from dust and other pollutants.
