When I first started my YouTube channel, I had problems with creating thumbnails. This is because I never understand what it is all about and I didn't have a computer at that time as I was using only my mobile phone to upload. So, for quite a while, I didn't know how to create or use thumbnails.

In order to be a successful YouTube channel owner, you must be patience and ensuring. To get views and subscribers always seem stressful to newbies. But if you can be persistent and never relent. It may be successful soonest.
As for me, the main problem that I am having with youtube is reaching at east 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours watch time. I need to have this number of subscribers and watch time so that I can start using adsense ads on my videos and make money. I have managed to build about 500 subscribers by reaching out to friends and family.

As a new YouTuber, one thing you must not do is SUB for SUB. You should let your viewers be the ones to subscribe. YouTube have always noticed and by the end of the year, they will remove those channels. This is because it is marked as spam when someone subscribes to your channel without watching for atleast 30 seconds. And YouTube automatically removes those subs. So, it ain't worth it
It's pretty hard to achieve the required hours of views and subscribers, especially for starters. It may take them a lite while before the channel can get monetized. Creating and thinking of contents that wil make the viewers interest is a challenge as well.

Yes you are right, reaching YouTube Threshold of 1000 Subscribers and 4000 hours watch time is a difficult task. You have to build up your audience. Once you build up your audience, post more content. Then you can easily achieve this target. Share your video links on Pinterest. This is the best platform to bring audience and traffic on your channel.

If you already have a lot of followers on the sites like facebook, twitter, pinterest, linkedin you can start promoting your youtube channel on these social sites and gain youtube subscribers. Reaching 1k subscribers is not very hard if you already have a big following on social sites. But the most difficult part is watch time. The threshold is really high, you need a viral video to achieve the watch time.

you just need a lot of youtube followers and a lot of viewers depending on your content .. especially if your content is viral, dame also because youtuber now has quite the same content unlike before so they went viral and made a lot of money unlike now .
