You need to get all the necessary documents to prove that the business or the property you are buying is genuine ,you can ask them for their tax paying record and you can ask them for their document that has to do with registration with the government which can prove that the government accepted that organisation as a genuine company.

My dear, buying properties this time around, one needs to be very careful. First of all, you have to make sure it's not a stollen property, because once you made that particular mistake, you have failed it all. And make sure whatever it is, has value and quality.

While buying a property everyone must be very careful and conscious and ask about the reason of selling that property, also confirm if there is any type of illegal issues with that property, and then by yourself check the situation of that land if it is visible then buy it.

According to my own point of view, when buying a property you will have to ask many questions, first you will have to do some private research. You need to know more about the environment and also you need to be sure of the real owner of the property so you don't get cheated

Before buying a property there are a lot of questions a potential buyer should ask in other not to ripped of buy the sellers. I would advise that one should do a thorough research on why the owner wants to sell the property.

These details can ask you before buying a house.
  • What is the home's sale history?
  • What are the utility costs?
  • How old is the roof? ...
  • What problems has the home had in the past?
  • How much are property taxes?
  • What's the sewer situation?

In my country several questions are asked and assess a lot of things around house etc. You should ask question is this legal land, ask about owner of land or house, is this commercial place or general land area. You can ask and check documents of house.

This is true. There’re questions that ought to be asked before purchasing a property. The first question that comes to my mind everytime I go house hunting is how long has the structure been constructed? This question gives me a possible insight to strength of thestrutiral elements of the building. Also I ask questions about the past owners and why they have to sell the property?

Very importantly you have to check the structural integrity of the building before you negotiate a buy. check for the original documents of the building. Verify and confirm the owner of the property before you make any transactions.

The first thing you should ask is the certificate of title and the second one is trace that title if how many times has been transferred. You should know the real owner of the property. Also ask for the market price of the place.

All the questions you raised are very valid questions. People are most times so caught up in the emotions of securing the property without asking the questions. Asking how old is the property, what are in close proximity to the property are also important.

If you give a price focused only on the other homes you have visited, remember that once they sell, those homes bear no weight for an assessment. You can focus the bid on surrounding comparative sales and not on what other buyers are requesting for their properties.

According to my own point of view, before buying any property you need to make observation and ask many question. first you need to know the real owner of the property, second you need to know why they wishes to sell the property.
