In recent times, property deals have gone sour just because the buyer couldn't ask their self, the agent in charge and or escrow some simple questions like how much is the tax and utility bills, what's the duration of the property in the market,is the property prone to flood and or other natural disasters,etc... And even setting a budget for themselves. Most of the time all these unasked findings, later hunt the property buyers.

What other questions and or findings do you think must be known or asked before securing a property?

The questions you ask are valid, although I can also add, how many years of construction does the structure have? What is the real reason for the sale? If there is a legal problem of the house with the adjacent neighbors motivated by the infrastructure, the stability of the house for future vertical constructions.

Indeed this is an important question. I think it is important to double-check the documents ask around about whether there is conflict on the land between families, better to stay away from disputed property.

Buying a property is a very nice thing, but before you want to buy it make sure you do tour of investigation first about what do you want to buy if it is from a reliable source, the person that want to sell it for you if he's there right person confirm your receipt, confirm day of manufacturing also meet people around there and ask ask question about what you want to buy,

I guess you should consider the size and location of the property, is it like near the markets? Or even near a mall, in shorts words you should consider what are the benefits in staying at that particular phone.

The most important question to ask when buying a property, particularly a house is the location the property is being situated in order to find out if it will have a more higher value in future.

There are so many questions to consider in mind when buying a property in this 21st century. Part of the reasons should be why is the owner selling the property also consider if truly he his the genuine owner as claimed by him.

You have listed so many important questions to ask and I agree with you. People have lost properties because they didn’t ask tangible questions but were anxious to get the property. Asides asking questions I personally think it’s better to do a legal investigation about the property and also get a Lawyer who deals with such field so you have an upper hand if anything happens in court on the long run.

When buying a property, you have to make enquiries concerning the environment the property is situated. You have. To ask if it's prone to flood, how stable is the power supply in that area, how much is the utility bill being paid.

There are many questions comes ni our minds when we buying the property. First of all we should ask from the owner of the property why are he is selling his property. Than we should asked about the location around the property that we want to buy. Location is most important thing to make any business profitable.

When you buy your property. If he is at any main point place Then by location you should make some hobby or something useful there. If your property is at back location. If he is at the back location, you should have a farmhouse and an industry started. And if you want to make your home at this place, you can make it like that.If you really want to start a business at this place, Start a business that will increase your income even more.

Unless you’re paying cash, the sticker price of a house is not the actual amount you’ll pay. And even if you are paying cash, there will be ongoing costs you should consider to make sure your home fits into your budget. And one more note: you won’t usually know the final cost upfront because of the many unknowns that go into this process. But you can get a ballpark.

When we bought our home in 2001 the first thing we obtained is a copy of the title and the latest tax payment. I have noticed that the title has an encumbrance - it was mortgaged to a private lender. We also checked the veracity of the documents with the municipal hall's assessor office. Before the bank would accept the title it has to be cleared so we needed to pay the outstanding balance of the loan. Fortunately there was no snag that the title was quickly cleared in a week.

When buying a house, there are a lot of questions to ask to ensure you are making the right choice. There are a lot of people that buy properties and they later regret it when they don't make proper research. You should ask for the documents of the house, you should both sign a written document approved by a lawyer and other necessary information.

Before you invest or acquire a properties, the first you should consider is authenticity of the property and owners of the property, geographical location of the property, security check, find a good engineer or planner to examine how good it is and prices of the property.

Before you buy a property, there are basic questions that you need to ask, and those questions WI aid you in taking decision about that particular property, either you should make a move in inspecting it or not, number 1 is, what type of property 2, were is the property located 3, how much is the property. This will aid you for your next action.

Before buying property those are the question to look out for
What's my total budget? ...
Is the home in a flood zone or prone to other natural disasters, why is the seller leaving, what's included in the sale, were there any additions or major renovations, how old is the roof, how old are the appliances and major systems, how long has the house been on the market?

Why do the owner want to sell the property? And you observe the the condition of the property. Most important, documents attached to that property should be checked before purchasing.

I don't think there is any need to ask any questions before buying a property. All what is required of you is to get an estate valuer to help you check the value of the property and again get architect to help you ascertain if the property is good enough or not so that you won't waste your money in the long run

All questions you asked should be relevant and logical. For example, you can asked that what is the main reason to sell this property, it may be illegal, you should asked about it and verify papers of this property. Because in this world, it is not guess that what is real or fake . So you should complete investigation.
