Here in our country most of the schedule is from eight in the morning until five in the afternoon. Businesses should have a limit to their time. Employees and managers needs some rest. They also need time for the family and not work most of the time.

Gee, that is a nice side income that you can probably consider a passive income. It is earning by itself even without your attention. There's a house a few blocks away from our home who has a small computer shop with 2 computers for gaming. But it is a secret because it has no license to operate.

You are very right. Newly established business will need to stay longer and open early so as to gain customers to patronise their business. The types of business might determine the period you will have to stay.

What business should have a schedule that is how it will be run a day and also the regulation of the business and the only working days.
