having a conversation with your co-workers is very important because it will make you people to bond together and work effectively. It is important to relate very well in business environment to make it very lively.
This is very true. However, you must not make it a habit to be discussing with your co-workers every time because it will give the perception that you are always not engaged with the tasks you're supposed to do.

of course discussing with your co-workers should not be every time instead you do it when necessary. There are some businesses that the workers usually take breaks and I think that is one of the best time to do so.

Yeah it is definitely the best time. However, one should be careful to avoid discussions spilling into gossiping and malice as it might lead to quarrels and crises in the organization.
 
I usually avoided my co-worker when I had a job. My co-workers were quite irritating and I always disliked them. Bullying at workplace is much common thing than you can think.

Gossiping in the business environment should be avoided by all means because it does not really make sense. I think it'll be an interpersonal discussion and not some kind of gossip.
 
My own was not definitely a workplace but it was like a training centre. I had a lot of colleague and I usually engage in conversation with most of thembespecially when we don't really have much thing to do.
 
Actually I do but not all time and there also a limitations to conversation because everyone has an office and every office has a duty to perform so we hardly have time with each other at work place if not serious.

No one is an island of knowledge. You cannot stay alone without having to interact with others at your workplace . I normally interact with my colleagues at work and we discuss relevant issues.
 
Actually having a conversation at work place is really good and helpful sometimes because it helps to improve our knowledge on the duty we perform on daily basis though it also depends on the kind of conversation we do either negative or positive conversation.
 
I do like to have a conversation with my co-workers but I do not like to gossip. I like to share ideas with like minds so that I'll be able to grow. Mostly the workers would love to gossip around and this is not the best.

Well sometimes I considered having conversations at work place, as a hubby for some people and it done just to keep company to each other. sometimes I don't like having conversations because it's a distraction to me.
