Why do you choose to invest in urban settlement??

Their are many criteria one look into, when investing his or her hard earned funds in a property situated at the urban areas. What i love most to invest on, in an urban settlement, is building a an amusement centre. Where people come together, tour around the premises, have fun visiting any kind of life pleasing things. Like, visiting the zoo, recreational arenas like, beach, swimming pool, watch cinema, play games etc.

What would you like to invest in the urban areas??

The urban areas are more developed and a lot of people have migrated from the rural areas to the cities.
People would want to gain access to basic amenities.
With the influx of more people in the urban areas, demand for accommodation would increase.

Sure, what makes a developed settlement to be recorded as city is due to the influx of people living inside it. So, with good number of people living in a certain vicinity you'll certainly earn from your real estate investment of any kind.

To be frank, my plan of investment in real estate is either in the suburbs or in the rural area. Things would be better off with the big improvement that properties in the rural areas would have unlike in the city where the value of properties is already sky high. So big an investment and so little in return.
