urban settlement investment is the best because I will not have time to go to the village and start investing in something that will not give me a good return I rather go on something that after few years from now the return on that investment will be much. Village is not the best place to invest.

I know this is really common but i want something food related, there's a lot of restaurants and eatery in urban areas but people will specially go to your place when the food is good doesn't matter how many competitors there is.
But i want it unique like having a themed restaurant every week there's a different countries cuisine.
