What's the minimum pay for a writer?

I think as a new writer starting out, you charge per amount of words you write (minimum I've seen is charge per 500 words). As you then become more skilled, your rates increase.
One thing I'll suggest though is that you write about 10-20 articles in various niches that you can use as samples to clients.

sorry the so called scooper is it a content writing website or article writing directory?how much do they pay for each content been contributed?well I work with writterbay and I can tell you that a minimum someone can earn sometime depend on the site and the effort the individual mounted while working

It can go as low as $1 for 1000 words. I have worked for a forum admin to write articles on earning sites and he paid me $1 for 1000 words or sometimes for 500 words when the article is convincing to read.

it also depends on what kind of writer he is, that there are several variants ... if it's something simple that doesn't take much time and is easy to do, somewhere at $ 10-15 in my opinion. which is harder and more complicated and gives the worker headaches, a minimum of $ 40 in my opinion.

There's no minimum amount for a good writer working in writing sites like fiver ,m though the least you can earn on fiver as a writer is between $20 - $25 per offer and you can even get more.

I have wrote articles couple of years ago. The minimum back then was $1 per article. The article contained 500 words. Typically an 500 words article should cost $5, but when there are no other possibilities, some article writers accept lower payments as well.

I think this highly depends on the work you offer and your level of expertise. Some people only charge higher because they are already experienced and known. As a newbie who is as good, you may not be paid the same amount.

I personally I also like writing work and I believe that the amount of money that you can earn all depends on the writing website that you are working on, this is a great profession but it's task full and requires some degree of experience

I believe that writers are very good for the business ecosystem and that is why I am not going to accept anything less than $50 for a 1000 word article because of how much I am going to put into.

It depends on which type of writing you are doing and which site you are earning from. Some sites pay better than others. It also depends on a client's budget if you are doing freelancing. You should do research before doing the work in order to prevent being used and paid less.
