yes it still pays but there are some easier surveys too that you can earn 0.50$ per survey
the payment is still instant but now you can earn not only in crypto, there are new options: paypal and sometimes amazon

That's good, cryptocurrency still remains the best option for me to cash out if I was still participating in their surveys. The downside about it is that it is not available on daily basis.
