Real estate will always keep being my number best sector for investment. The challenge with real estate investment is the needed or required capital to invest in real estate. Investing in technology is good but it's a changing sector. AI is changing everything in the tech sector. If you invested in tech 10 years ago, AI will make the investment irrelevant sooner or later. This can never happen in real estate.
