People want to feel as though you're listening to them and their needs.
These people are putting their trust and faith in you and if you're not listening to them, they will become angry. Your goal is to leave all your clients happy so they'll recommend you and continue to use your services when they need you.
People don't buy from a business, they buy from people. People they like and trust. In order to become that person, you must first learn how to listen.

Sure @GIFTMICHAEL , if the client wants to know something about the property and the agent does not have a satisfactory answer, he can lose the business. So it is of utmost importance that the agent has full knowledge of both the property and its surroundings.

Sure, you spoke well. When the agent or realtor isn't capable of given satisfactory review to the client, for sure the deal will be terminated. That's why it is encouraging to get a renowned realtor for the job.

I really love that word, people buy from people they trust, that's why not only in real estate but in any type of business you found yourself, trust is highly needed in other for you to succeed in it effectively.

thank you so much for all these pieces of advice you have given up there. communication is very important in every face of life, even business, one of which real estate is. but I think there are more to becoming successful in real estate than communication. Am I right or wrong?

What happens is that I love the subject, and whenever I can research and update the information I have, I do. I want to keep learning, apart from previous experiences with experienced real estate agents.

That's great, I've also had the opportunity to do some property sales, and I've been rewarded for it. This awakened my interest in the business and being a real estate agent, since without any investment I received very good rewards.

That's right! I am limited by the time available to me to do the work as a real estate agent, however when all this passes I will surely focus on making a profit with it.
