I think it is the most essential, as you say "imperative", lack of communication can destroy any type of negotiation. There must be fluency and for this you must have extensive knowledge in the real estate world and the property that is being negotiated, in this way you can clarify any doubts and in turn talk about everything positive on the subject.

I also believe that the negative aspects of the location or the property should be discussed. This way the client will be more than pleased with the agent, since most of them try to hide key points in the acquisition of the property, just to close a deal.

That's right, the agent must have convincing power and for that an excellent communication. He must know in detail everything related to the property in order to give a good summary of it and at the same time clarify doubts. Create a fluid communication with clarity and knowledge, which helps in a great way to close the deal.
