People don't buy from a business, they buy from people. People they like and trust. In order to become that person, you must first learn how to listen.
Yea i think the best thing is for the client to be happy and you will also feel convenient with your work.If you’re the type that is not ready to listen to the voice of your client even if it might be rubbish then you might not become a good one at your work

You have said it all. I know of a woman who didnt actually complete her education. She decided to go into networking, in just weeks this woman had so many people under her. When it comes to talking, she is so good at that, she can talk you into buying that thing you hate most
 
Hopefully things will get better @Sariana23 and you'll return back to the field that rewards you well. I know it isn't easy at the moment but it will be alright post covid19.

From my experience marketing and selling of Lands and property is not something that is very easy to be carried out because you have to be a professional at it and have a very good wealthy contacts that will be able to purchase from you.

You are spot on. Let add by saying, realtors as matter of importance investigate and know more about the prospective client. Like getting know vital information about him or her like hobbies, favorite meal, like and dislike etc it help you to be able to communicate with the client effectively. The client will be happy and will love to do business with you another time.
