You're very correct. A good reactor must have a good communication skill. The job of reactor is a profitable job but if you don't have skill. Also, a good reactor must have knowledge of digital marketing because social media has taken over everywhere.

I feel like being an extrovert does not mean that one would automatically have good communication skills. The quantity of an extrovert's communication is high but the quality might be low.
 
The best thing that a real estate realtor must have is honesty. That is what he should be working towards to have. When your clients can have trusting n you, then other things would follow. Don't sell what you don't have. Ensure you could established good mutual relationships between you and your clients. You must be dealing in legit property your clients won't have problems thereafter.
