I wont advice you to start business with someone, but if you want to,make sure the person is trustworthy and if the person has the same goals with you. Both of you have to have a legal agreement if you eventually want to go into partnership business

Starting a partnership business isn't a good idea because the other person can call off a slit anytime,though partnership is it own advantage like the financial burden is less. In partnership business you can't make decisions on your own and disagreement will always set in
