Solo Business or Partnership Business?

Partnership is a very good business option if the partners are up and doing in complementing each other, but when one partner is saddled with everything and the other is lagging behind in their contributions you'll definitely feel like opting out to run your own sole business even though that is what you have been doing in the partnership business.
