absolutely negative a company has to take care of its employees and customers, it must has empathy to its users. moreover a company must explain well to its employees how things work, to give them everything they need whenever if its food, information or details about the payments and rules.
A company must also have a list of rules so its employees shall know what is allowed and what is not, and if an employee bypass the rules too many times he would get fired. Basically to be informative and responsible for its users.

Actually the primary aimed and objectives of every establishment, is to make profit but to some extent, profit should not be the only priority of the company but meeting up with the needs of it customers is very important.
Actually there is no doubt that most of the established business companies focused on the issue of income generation and they takes it as the first priority but also the need of the customer should be considered.

We have to keep in mind, a lot of companies who do this get massive tax breaks and some will form their own "charities" in which they donate money to tax free to pocket it without ever paying taxes.

No I don't think so, making money should not be the only thing that a company can do,I good company is expected to take good care of it's clients and provide the necessary things needed.

This is right. Though profit making is one of the main objectives, a business should be able to satisfy specific needs of members of the public. It should also give back to it's host community as well.

I understand your point , though its good for a company to engage in charity works but without the company making money first , they cannot afford to do any charity events .

I think in that cases, the company should have some kind of authentic record that could prove them right in case if they have indeed donated money to a charity organisation. Companies get exempted from paying taxes when they, indeed, donate money to welfare organisations.
