Nice write up most people are not really happy with the kind of job they do because their passion is not there, so they can't give in their best. People that get promoted are people that have done well

Before you can rise to the top at work place take a lot of sacrifice, energy and determination. You can't just wake up and boom you wanna be at the top place. And most especially you must be prayerfully because. Pray with out session. During hard and hard free time

I completely agree with you that before one can rise to the top at the workplace you must be focus and it takes a lot of sacrifice and determination for you to get there but the aspect that I do not quite agree with you is the prayer aspect.

Though this is true but I have seen some companies who make sure that in terms of qualifications, the person should stand out especially if it's a position whereby the person would have to represent the company even in the international level.

Well, there are a few workers who actually struggle to get to the top position. I was a kind of employee who never struggled. This is because if I were to struggle and never managed to get the high rank I deserve, then it would break my heart and the only entity that would get benefit would be the company I am working for.

I agree with what you said about not being able to excel at your job if you're not happy doing that job. It is indeed true. I feel most people get to the top of their jobs by hardwork. There may be other factors like qualification as well.
