Exactly, even if you come to some country there are some laws that actually meant to get those beggars off the street and have them housed, so which means it still real estate company that is going to oversee such projects which is also money for those companies.

I have money in the bank that I intend to use for buying land. Right now the money is just more than half of the amount that I need. Real estate is the best investment for me because the value of land never depreciates. If the land can produce income like rental then that is one good investment for a retired person.
