If it's a big and well known organization, then asking questions might not be necessary since you've probably done your homework already about the place. But you need to ask certain questions about organizations if their modus operandi isn't certain.

Like seriously the salary structure need to be ask and what is the nature of work that you will be peforming as him if he can allow you to leave your seat to attain to something else when its working houre.

I beleive this are some of the question which you need to ask.

I would ask many questions, but avoid excessive questioning. I have had a bad experience with a company. So I think that first I will investigate the nature of job before applying. I would also ask about allowances offered by the company.

It's good to ask about the expected renumeration of the organization. But don't be too eager about it because it might paint a bad picture of you since you're only starting.

I think that many employees ask about their salaries in the first meeting and i do not think that it actually paints a really bad picture. However, you can only ask about allowance a single time. For example, you could ask question like, "Does the company provide allowances apart from salaries?". I do not think that there is anything wrong with that if you ask this question a single time.

I know most interviewers will like to know the financial strength of the company and ask his pay,, also the interviewer will also want to ask his chances of getting the job even after leaving the interview ground.

One thing I like to ask as well is what's the company culture and philosophy like? That for me is a big deal if I'm satisfied with their answer, I could then go onto asking what's the inclusion like over here; that is how well do they recruit people from other races.

It is going to be very good if you are going to know about the type of employees in which you are going to be meeting and also the kind of food that they are going to be giving you if at all the offer breakfast.

It is a good thing to ask about the chances of getting a job. However, in most of the cases, many people often get the idea by observing the attitude of the employer or interviewer.

One of the things that i would asked an interviewer if given the oppourtunity is on the issue of salary and the gegeral welfare of the employees, because that will be a huge factor and a motivating push towards giving consent to the employer.

Based on where you see the company evolving and move forward to in the next 5 years, what are some key skills that you think I can develop to ensure that I am integral to its growth?

It's really good to ask meaningful questions in any interview about the business or to any organization, for me I am really good to ask about the expected salary how much would company said.

Yes, it's very good to ask about the nature of the business or organization. However, most people are only interested in asking about the expected salary and other benefits.
Seriously, I believe that even before you apply for any job in any company, you must have already done your research on the company to know more about them. You ought to have information on their business goals and objectives, their products or services, their vision and mission. If you lack in any of these, you will most likely fail their interview.

Ask in too many question from an interviewer is an act of disrespect and overconfidence which might later affect you negatively because you might loose the job in the process.

Excessive questioning would even drive away the interviewee, too. However, I think that it is okay to ask any question. I have also noticed that many interviewers themselves ask the interviewee that if they have any questions or not.

Like seriously I think that the nature of jobs is one of the things which you need to ask such person.

You need to also ask him which dressing mode to appear from day one to the last day of the month.

This is very true. Those are the necessary things you should know before even going for an interview. However, most organizations do not even give room for applicants to ask questions.

There are so many question that one can ask an interveiwer I beleive that before yo apply for any company jobs then you must have know much about the back ground of that company so when you get hired you will be able to know thequality of jobs to discharge.
Question to ask are what and how to operate the jobs

Do you know that there are some jobs that don't even give room to the applicants to ask questions? In most recruitment process, it is always the employer that asks the questions everytime.
