I've never started a business before. But I will suggest it to be advertisement , Giving of discount and good customer services. When these are organised in perfect condition a business is likely to succeed
 
The best strategy is to make sales on your products at the business, and then it will attract customers and it will make them think that they are saving money just because the product is now worth less and cheaper. Another strategy is to sell a few products in a lower price than how they are supposed to be when being bought together, and then same goes here and the customer will feel as if he saving money and will purchase more just because they are cheaper when they are increased. Moreover another strategy is to make a product for free after one product is being bought which is 1 plus 1, you buy one product you get the same product for free and then you buy two in a price of one, and that will make people to buy this specific product.

I don't know anything about creating of a psychological bond between the customer and the business but what I know is that the feedback is about changes customers want to see in what they are paying for. Once that's been looked into and taken care of, they will keep they loyalty to the brand.

There have been many people who have written a lot about this subject. The psychology of a customer is quite important because it helps you in many different manner when it comes to understanding the customer behaviour and their preferences.
