Making productive an idle land

It is an excellent idea for land in rural areas and occasionally in urban areas. I have seen that people rent the land to place markets and in other cases use it as parking, this for a reasonable period of time and then They sell the land, this is in urban areas.
 
Yes there are many vacant lands that owners didn't think of making money of them while they wait to sell it, another good thing to plant is vegetables which can be sold directly to markets. Really such a waste to left a land with nothing on it when you can earn while you don't need it
 
Nice topic. An indle land can turn to a source of income. I believe land should be productive always. Farming can be done on idle lands. Or the land can be released for leasing. Anyway the land won't be unproductive.

Depends upon area if your land is in that area where water is far from your land then you can grow jungle otherwise you can grow fruitable plants.
 
Yes it is very incredible ideal, land shouldn't be leave for nothing one should try and make it productive at any point because everything you plant on that land will gives you money back. Land is money if you build on it your can get back more money. If you plant on it you could get food to feed your family or to sell to other people in the environment. Yeah indeed these are lovely ideas, I hear there are new species of rubber trees that take a lesser year to grow and the consensus is that one rubber tree produces rubber sap for the next 38 years. You earn from that every day.
 
That is very correct because of what value is a land that is no put to use. you could start an agriculture-based business like poutry, fish farming, or you could even cultivate crops on the land this will give you more return on your investment before the land is readt for what you intend to use it for.
 
Idle lands are best suitable for organic farming. Crops like soybeans because they are tolerant to low fertility and can compete well against various species of weeds on abandoned/idle land.
I will advise such land be put to use for agricultural purposes

No land is ever not profitable or productive in my opinion. Even if it's not paying you money on daily or weekly or yearly basis, it's appreciating every day in worth.
