I'd like to start underground housing

Personally, I don't see anything wrong in living in underground house. But I don't think it is a project one can just wish of having without putting the necessary plan in place as it will really need so much capital and the location has to be considered too as one would not want the house to collapse due to bad location.

Well, having underground building aren't bad because of sometimes security purposes and lots more but one has to consider the part of technical analysis on the building like vibrations and other complications coming for the building.

That's correct. I even feel that the cost of building an underground property would be more expensive than an over the ground one because of the many technicalities that would be involved.

I have always loved the thought of underground housing. Underground homes are well secured, most times outsiders don't even get to know that its an underground house. This soot problem and some natural disasters do not get to affect underground houses that much.

I don't really see the need for that here because it is not really popular here it is only available in most ancient cities which Nigeria is not one of them. And it's Will required a huge sum of money to start.

Building of underground houses definitely requires some top-level architecture and as such government usually put in a lot of laws to ensure that they are being built in the proper way. If you want to go into something like this I will advise that you should have a lot of money under your belt.
