If you owned a hotel or motel or something, would you ever consider turning it into affordable housing? I hear in some states in the US, there are incentives where if you build affordable housing, it can benefit you, probably in taxes and fees and all that stuff. You'd still be paid rent I imagine, but it'd be more affordable for those living there.
