Container homes are starting to regain popularity as of late. It's when you use a storage container, or multiple storage containers and make a small house out of them. It's part of the tiny home community, but I'm hearing people are wanting to make even bigger houses with containers. I can see it making building smaller and bigger properties on the cheap a lot easier.
