Yeah, because i feel its up to the employees to create that habitable environment, you know, that healthiness in the competition, but where there is bias and favouritism. It wrecks a business, it might even divide the employees that are supposed tomorrow be working together into various divisions.

Yes, it definitely ruins business to the extent of making the employees be only looking out for themselves even if it means stealing the company's money and disappear when they feel like. One of our staff took that path and elope.
