How to Handle Clients that Refuse to pay?

I have a personal experience with such sets of customers whom I feel from the onset, have made their minds up not to pay for whatever services the desire. What I did was not giving alot of space in between my request for my payment and at the same time, tried not be insultive cos hews spread and it could threaten other possible customers.

That is a highly unlikely situation and something that doesn't occur often. But the best way will be to seize a property of their like a phone or a laptop that can cover the owed sum. Another will be calling the authorities on them to get them locked up but most times this doesn't work fast.

Things gets ugly and frustrating, when you don't receive payment after a service. I was told of a writer who finished his work beautifully and delivered it to the client on time, but what did this writer get in return? No pay. He kept on disturbing the client for donkey years to no avail. Hence, if you were that writer how would you get your payment?

That is basic fact I am facing right now I do one online business and now the has reach the stage to pay for that is when he was sending me bad messages that I should do more and he will pay it later the best way I think you can handle them is blocked them off because you can see them to arrest .

We have different kind of customers, some are naturally wicked. In this case, you didn't tell us if the customer made any complain about the product or the service but there is no complain, keep on asking him if he refuse to give you report him to anyone that close to him. If there is no changes and money much report to law enforcement agency.

Why the client refuse to pay, is there any complain about the work or product? If there is no complain, then keep worry him/her to pay your money. If he's still not pay leave him if money no much and gain experience. But if the money much you should arrest him.

To handle client or customers that refuse to pay. First and foremost you need to change your mode of dealing with them.
You must look for a new approach of transactions that will suit your organization

Keep in touch with the debtors, and swore never to render any service or hire any equipment or sell any item on credit.
Don't rush, d universe will provide what will be sufficient for u
To handle client that refused to pay is that, you should be able to know that it might not be that such client did not want to pay intentionally, it might be due to unforeseen circumstances, so it is advisable to be patient with him or her

As a writer, I would suggest getting payment in milestones. Rather than wait till end of the month before getting paid, request payment weekly. Then for bulky projects consisting of several pages, request payment in sections, rather than at the end of the entire job.

Do it if they're not:
The Client's Analysis. Study the person until you agree to work with them. ...
Compose a contract. ...
Get Upfront Payment for larger projects. ...
Charging with late payments. ...
Try Other methods for interaction. ...
Stop Working. ...
Go for Factoring. ...
Ask for Legal Action.

You have several options, like selling the invoice or taking legal action, that might get you some or all of your money.

It can be very frustrating that after you deliver a service, and your client refuses to pay.I can't really do much about it because I don't really know the person in real life. I will leave it for the universe to judge.

This is a situation that I and nobody I know about would want to be in. The basic truth is that there is pretty much nothing that can be done to the client that refuses to pay for the services you rendered to him.you just have to be careful with those giving you writing gig or any other online services to work on. I think most of this websites should act as third party to stop this characters from such clients.

Having a client that refused to pay after service or after consuming your products can be very frustrating, and if it is a product that the turnover or profit margin is very low but the product itself cost price is high this can be depressing.
I advise after exhausting all options you can take the matter up to the highest authority of your country.

I have this policy of not to leave or give someone something that I can't outlook and I've brought this lifestyle into my business. I've try every means necessary by engaging or involving a 3rd party but once you still prove strong headed, I'll just let go and cease to do business with you.

Be mentally prepared. Follow up. Start by sending a reminder letter. Next, make a phone call. Don't threaten the client or get angry. Take legal action. Consider taking your customers to court or hiring a collection agency.

Definitely something must have go e wrong in the transaction that will make a client refuse to pay. The general rule of business transaction is when an organization renders a service or offers a product for sale is expected of the second party to fulfill the other side of the bargain except there is a bridge of contract in delivering the service. If a client deliberately refuses to pay, it is necessary to call the client in question to give the reason for his/her action.

This is bad, really disgusting stuff. Client should have paid but what actually happened no one knows, there should be a 3rd person at the time of contract but if i would he the writer, after demanding 3 to 4 time i would have fight with him because we work hard and then no paid will disheartening.

If you are gentle with some customers they will like to play with your intelligent and money, you can either follow them in hard way and get your money for the services rendered or be gentle with them and gradually lose your money. Life is a lesson and some customers make people to turn upside down.

I almost had an experience online where someone contacted me to write for his site. The brief of what the site does and stand for was sent to me and a promise to co- share in the acknowledgment.I was an apprentice seeking to gain experience and we are told to sign a contract before we start with anyone, when I told him about this,I didn't hear from him again.
