How long should a realtor renovate his house?

well it depends on the type of the building you are talking about because there are some buildings that can actually stay for a long time without having any single effects and it also depends on the material they were using to build the house can also determine how long a building should be renovated

With proper management and proper planning, I think that a house can last upto 5 years before renovation, that is my own point of view I don't know about others because I have seen a house that lasted for five years before the realtor renovated

A good real estate agent or landlord or Realtor renovates his house before he starts to notice any damages done on the house, this will prevent further loss to the house
 
He should do that at least every 4 year because of the way things is and if there is no much renovation the house could collapse

Since the house was built purposely for business, it is advisable the real estate agent renovates his house on a yearly basis, at least 1-2 years.
 
Though the value attatch to a property depends on the state of the building,and a realtor need to at most give a face lift to his property with functional amenities to attract quick and prompt response to the propertyAnd major repaires maybe in 8 to 9 yrs.
