I am a YouTuber and I make cooking videos without showing my face. Focus is only on preparing and cooking food.

I also avoid buying subscribers and views. But organic traffic on my channel is quite slow.

My suggestion to you would be keep creating unique content regularly and use seo tools to rank your keywords. Use right keywords several times in your video title, description and tags option.
Use attractive thumbnails for your videos but avoid clickbait.

This is a huge advice, I would definitely implement these on my new channel coming up next year.
