How can I avoid scammers when buying a property?

These days, the incidence of property scammers is on the increase, so many people are talking victim to property scam on a daily basis and I don't want to be in that statistics.
This is actually my first time of wanting to buy a property so I want to know how I can avoid property scammers.
Please guys how can I avoid property scammers?
First of all, you should buy the property on your ownself and check all the documents of the and verify from olders because they understand everything of properties , then get any property in t and it is best way to save from scammers .

Well buying property is really senstive issue. You can't trust on every one in this regard, only few persons are trustworthy, so just check at your side because withour reliable and authentic agent you can't fulfill your wish.
 
One of the usual tactics scam agents deploy is that they try to rush you. Now, this is designed to place you under the mindset that the offer is for a very limited time. This makes you think that if you don’t pounce in good time, you might lose out on the deal. Scam. A good deal is not worth rushing.

No matter how mouth-watering a deal is, the agent or property owner needs to give you ample time to evaluate your choices, else it is not worth it.
 
When it comes to buying of properties one need to be very careful of scammers because they are always everywhere. But there are ways of identifying and not falling into their traps. One need to have adequate and well known information about the person one is buying from. To be sure they are not scammers.

That's what the bank did to our house when we bought it through a bank loan.

Yes scamming is are at the top now are days. So don't buy property with new agent which you don't know.Buy property for those person whom you are trusted and buys properties from agent. Don't invest money online specially in real estate.

Considering that the mortagage installment is affordable and the term is 10 years or more you can see the cost of money will be eating on the amount of installments later on. The rate is legal so it cannot really be high like the private lenders whose interest rate is usurious at 5% per month. The bank charged us an interest rate of 12% per year only. There was no broker in our transaction because we went directly to the owner of the property and the negotiation was just between us and the owner. We saved on the commission of the broker.
 
When buying a landed property you have to be very careful because of most of the site you see online are mostly scammers, instead of that why not consult a government agency not to buy a fake property
 
Don't listen to the middleman or the house owner opinion on consideration, ask people that are living around that specific house that you are trying to buy, ask atleast 10 people, they will usually tell you truth since they got no profit in lying to you like the real estate agent or anyone else who's involved in selling you something
 
First, before buying landed property , you need to do it with legal backings ,and also obtain approval from the community leaders . This will give you the confidence that the seller is not a scammer in any way.
