How can I avoid scammers when buying a property?

Hmm.... Scammers are unavoidable, because they are every where. Your best friend can scam you. The best thing is what method can one utilize not to fall into there trap.
The only way that I think that we can avoid scammers it by not doing any transaction that does not involve trusted government agencies that you can sue in any case of scam or fraud.

These days, the incidence of property scammers is on the increase, so many people are talking victim to property scam on a daily basis and I don't want to be in that statistics.
This is actually my first time of wanting to buy a property so I want to know how I can avoid property scammers.
Please guys how can I avoid property scammers?
Since you have never been in it before, I suggest you go with someone who has experience. Make enquiry about the property owner or company whose property you want to purchase.

Personally I believe that is very important that you investigate and investigate over and over again and make sure that you are dealing with the right people before you make payments for the land.

The only way you can avoid a scammer when buying a property is by following through the proper channel, get your lawyer connected and informed about the deal before buying anything.

Seriously, conducting a very detailed research is very important when it comes to buying of practice because if you make any single mistake you are definitely going to pay for the property twice.

The only key in which we can avoid scammers when buying properties both online and offline is to be very careful and always carry your legal representative along whenever you are buying properties,

I always make sure that I advise anyone that I know who wants to purchase any landed property to make sure that the documents are verified from more than three sources before they make payment in order to avoid any stories.

The best way to ensure you're risk-free from scammers is by buying through legal quarters that is registered. Also, you should get the certificate of occupancy and right of ownership from the original owner.

I agree with you on this but to add to what you have said, I would advice you make careful research and find out from others before making transactions with them, just to be sure they are really legit. Most of them looks legit but are not. Recently there was a news about two men who brought a car overseas, when the cargo finally arrived they found a rock inside the caro.

Well I believe it is the best for you to involve any of your buying plan with the lawyer because the lawyer will be as a government representative, I don't really know about getting in touch with a lawyer will make it very easier for you.

When buying a property, the best approach to avoid fraudsters is to get to know the individual and his social behavior. Make the person present you with all of the necessary documentation for that property, and double-check that they are genuine documents.

My advice to be assured that you are buying a property with an authentic owner is to check with the Land Registration Authority. You can also check with the Assessor's office in the city or town hall. They have the name of the real owner plus the taxes you will know if paid or not. One good reason to buy a property via a bank loan is that the bank will do the investigation on the authenticity of the title. That's what the bank did to our house when we bought it through a bank loan.

The first step to avoid being scammed when buying real estate is to determine if the owner is the real owner. You can ask for a government ID to identify the owner and then you can check with the municipal office if the owner is the same. After that you prepare the deed of sale and have it signed and notarized. It is best if the payment is in crossed check (for deposit only).

The best way to avoid scammers is to go through proper channels and also make sure you and them get lawyers involved so that it'll be a legal process. If they're reluctant to get a lawyer, then get suspicious of that property.
