Overclocking is a way to increase the speed of your CPU's cycles and processes, making the CPU use its full potential and improving overall performance.

Many people do it, for example, to play video games or watch content in the highest quality, but this could also damage your CPU, this is the reason why I have never dared to overclock, have you ever done it?

I have never over-clocked any CPU as you can't overclock every CPU and you also need a compatible motherboard and perhaps liquid cooling to compensate for the heat produced by overclocking. Intel CPUs like the K and X series can be overclocked and they are expensive but I have i7 3770S.

I once did it while using one graphic design software. The software has the compatibility to define and increase the usage rate, then I increased it to the max. It turns out that it had side effect doing so, then I decreased it.
