Ever get into public argument on social media?

Sometimes your personal life gets put out for all to see on social media. I have seen many arguments between friends and even family, arguing out in the open on their public facebook pages, or their twitter pages, or any social site that is popular or was popular at some point. I am a private person, so I rarely comment on facebook towards friends or family. Unless I am wishing them a happy birthday or anniversary or something. That's really about it.

But have you ever witnessed a huge fight on social media? How did it go for those people involved?

Well, I have not been into a public argument on social media. I once made some controversial remark on my uncle's post in order to incite his anger, but interestingly he did not react to my comment. However, I have been into arguments on forums multiple times.
