Business owners always try to come up with interesting ideas for business, but over time, sometimes it is no longer possible to come up with something new, so is it possible to encourage employees to come up with something new for a monetary reward?

The ideas offered by your employees could prove to be very useful. This is due to the fact that some of the employees could be really creative. However, offering workable ideas is the key here. Not all kinds of ideas could be useful.
I don't think it is realistic for you to be offering monetary appreciation to your employees for bringing business ideas to your business. They are actually hired to work for you and if it is possible for them to contribute in ideas that you're going to use to run your business, I don't see the reason why they should be paid differently from whatever they have been paid as their salary.
