One thing that make a a lot of businesses to stop is the levels of negligence from the people operating it, they are things you must always check and know that they are been run properly think like the quality of the products and then the levels of relationship with your customers.

To me some business owner take good care of their working environment,but they dislike one of their best worker all because they need something personal from he or she this may also cause failure in their business.

Issues like this usually make it hard for the business to function well as the employees won't contribute effectively as they should.

These are things that I have seen in some companies, where they sell expired food! If you are not aware of the dates you can take expired items home. You did well to stop sponsoring this type of company, and in fact it is a good reason for it to go bankrupt.

What you describe, although I don't think it has been mentioned, is a very good reason why some companies fail. Dishonest employees with bad habits, who steal the company and drive it into bankruptcy.

You are right, there are some businesses that still fails even with dedicated managers or owners. In such cases, i believe it could be based on lack of capital, a business cannot function well without finance. No matter how serious The owner might be
