Buying properties close together

Buying a property close together gives you the opportunity of having your properties in one place , for example buying land or building close together is an advantage .

Is it a good idea to buy properties that are really close together? As in, with very little land? I am curious to know if it's even a good idea, because being so close is a thing people don't like about their properties.

I would never succumb to that idea. Have you ever thought about the risks involve?.
Having buildings staying close side by side is dangerous. Proper ventilation is affected.
Similarly because of their closeness, accident such as fire outbreak affecting a building would likely affect the others.
