I don't think you are late,if PayPal is offering such services first i think you need to check the eligibility depending on your location to access these feature Because PayPal don't allow people from certain location to enjoy its full features.

Until and unless paypal allows this option to be used world wide, this kind of feature will not be much helpful in terms of gaining more customers in its platform.

I noticed that PayPal now offers you the ability to purchase Bitcoin. Though I imagine I'm late to the party on that. Anyway, I was thinking of just purchasing $20 worth and seeing if I can just get that amount to keep growing. It'll probably take a while, but I'm curious to see how much I can make.
Well, I am also new to this medium of buying crypto. I feel you should have a good idea of any hidden charges or network fee for such transactions. Try to know how much a $20bitcoin bought from your PayPal account is likely to fetch you. If need be, compare with other methods of buying.

However, small print indicated that PayPal will not enable users to pass cryptocurrency into or out of PayPal, nor will users have control of the private keys, which are a long string of numbers and letters that allow holders to shift their digital assets.

This is a good option for those whose countries are eligible for this feature. I personally won't use PayPal for purchase of Crypto Currencies though even if the features are available for my country. Their fees is always too much.

Thou paypal offers and gives you the opportunity of buying and purchasing Bitcoin through them , but you must first checked the services charges of the $20 worth of bitcoin you are purchasing because PayPal charges arm and legs.
I mean their charges are high.
Hmm hmm, the charges on paypal sometimes can be inconvenient compared to others so one would do well to now the service fee if it is manageable so that one can decide if to use paypal.

When I first read the news that PayPal is incoporating Bitcoin into their payment system, I didn't even feel any exitement about it since it doesn't remove their restrictions to transact front county

That's correct. Paypal does not operate in a lot of countries. Even where it is operating, it is still not allowing crypto currency. This is making paypal lose its market.

I think this facility is only available to people living in the United States. This is quite interesting. I think Paypal is also allowing United States customers to pay other via cryptocurrencies and not just buy cryptocurrencies. If this is the case, then this service will also allow users to receive payments in cryptocurrencies where paypal is not supported. Cryptocurrencies are becoming so popular that even Paypal cannot resist it.

I recently read that paypal also has another payment platform (I forgot the name though), which is now open to crypto currency trading for the US customers. I will have to d some research on thos.

Paypal has a lot of limitation and sometimes the location you are may not be able to accept payments and receive money through PayPal account, if you want to enjoy the full features of paypal you need to be in a location that is highly accepted, some African countries are not eligible for PayPal transaction.

To me buying your cryptocurrency on P2P platform like Binance that is trusted is the best you can ever think of. So many things could go wrong with PayPal. PayPal could seize your funds because of some ridiculous reasons.

I don't usually use people especially for the fact that in my country it is restricted from receiving money. I think this is a very big stride for PayPal for the fact that the integrated buying of cryptos to their platform.

There are many people that have expressed their dissatisfaction with eh purchase of bitcoin via PayPal and some have even said that using it as a way to trade resulted in their PayPal being frozen. Therefore, i would implore you to be very careful if you are considering doing so.

For you to use Paypal to buy Bitcoin or Bitcoin to buy PayPal from your Paypal account, you have to make sure that your type of PayPal has that service in it. If it doesn't have that service then you can't use it.
