Yes, i know but did you know that there are no real estate left in some urban, but rural close to Urban's are where this estate are now.
Their is nowhere you won't see an estate building both in the rural and urban areas. People are busy building, building can't stop any time.

I don't think I can afford to buy an apartment complex in the urban area because of the stiff price. Even an apartment with 3 units would be beyond my capacity. It is the suburban town that is more applicable for me although the rural areas have fairly good prices for their real estate.
Sure if you have the money to actually buy up this apartment you're talking about, then by all means see that you buy it. Because in the end, it is going to be fetching you some good money
