Buying a house as a property or building it which one do you suggest?

There are really nice model building to buy and the contractor might not build the choice you want ,that i s why i go for buying property

The real estate industry and mostly housing is a mess this days and that is the main reason Sim people have had to buy houses. Generally, I would like to build my house by myself from the scratch and with my own layout but if it doesn't then I have to buy.

I think that if you have the opportunity to build a house it is an excellent idea, since you can choose the site and the architecture of it. As you well describe, it is yours, you like it and you have suffered it. If I have the opportunity I will do the same. Besides, it is cheaper than buying it already built.

I prefer building a house with my rather than buying a house , I think building a house is cheaper and preferable because the house will be strong and we don't know the foundation of the house we are buying.

I prefer building my own house to buying house. When you build your own house, you will use original materials and also you will build it to your taste. Unlike of you buy house, you may not know the quality of the materials that they used.

Building your own house is much expensive than buying an old house. Our home is 20 years old when we bought it for 1.6 million pesos. If I had the money and would just build the same house in that time then I would be needing about 3 million pesos not to forget that is the stress factor too.
